Our Fathers and The Youth of today: Peace/Unity the Secret National Growth

It is imperative to understand the importance of history, and how it affects our lives. From Abubakar Tafawa Balewa, Dr Nnamdi Azikiwe, Obafemi Awolowo, Sir Ahmadu Bello. All we can remember from the above names is Unity and struggle for prosperous Nigeria.

In our search for success, we most use Unity/Peace as a fuel. We must have to look at the antecedents of our heroes, their struggles, and how their collective Unity gave them an edge in the battle.

Nigeria became a sovereign country with a promising economy & future, until we started seeing agents of doom that starts prioritizing their interests over the interests of the people, planting seeds of violence and watering them.
We have a collective responsibility of putting our country first and prioritizing collective action.

We are all people of faith and in our religions we are thought love and unity. Let's bring our faith and put it in action, and see our growth back on track.

Above is just an introduction to my next article where I'll highlight more reasons why we should invest in peace and unity for the success of our country while reflecting history.
