 The inaugural KAFD Globe Soccer Awards Europe took place under a star-studded night sky in Costa Smeralda, Sardinia. The event celebrated European football excellence both on and off the field, recognizing outstanding players, coaches, and clubs.

Kylian Mbappe  the PSG striker whose contract expires in June, received the KAFD award best player  award. In his acceptance speech, he expressed gratitude and emphasized his desire to leave a lasting mark in football history.Xabi ALonso Bayer Leverkusen’s coach, was honored with the best coach  award. He reflected on their phenomenal season, which included an undefeated domestic double and a Europa League final.Lamine Yamal the 16-year-old FC Barcelona winger, won the emerging  award for his impressive performances in LALIGA. FC Barcelona Femeni was recognized as the best women club  and Manchester City received the best men's club award award. All five winners also received a gold “Road To Dubai” medal, qualifying them for the year-ending Dubai Globe Soccer Awards in the UAE.

Other notable awards included Atalanta’s revelation award  Nasser Al-Khelaifi’s football leadership awards  and Cesc Fàbregas accepting the comeback award  on behalf of Como. Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta was honored as the best coach coach premier league 

Career awards were distributed as well, with Spalletti, Gianluigi Buffon, and Karl-Heinz Rummenigge among the recipients. A posthumous award was given to the late Italian striker Gigi Riva 

The event marked a significant milestone for European football, and the Globe Soccer brand continues to grow in reputation. Meanwhile, the LALIGA Awards celebrated Spanish football’s thrilling 2023-24 season, with Real Madrid’s Jude Bellingham  winning Best player .

As the festivities continue, the Globe Soccer Forum, hosted by Italy’s Lega Serie A, brings together football industry leaders to discuss the sport’s future. The awards were sponsored by the king Abdullah financial district and produced by Filmmaster.
