Switzerland delivered a commanding performance with a solid 4-0 victory over Finland in a Euro 2024 friendly warm-up match. The Swiss team displayed both offensive prowess and defensive resilience to secure a clean sheet.

Switzerland doubled their lead in the 47th minute with a superb strike from Zeki Amdouni. The substitute  received the ball outside the box, took a touch to set himself up, and unleashed a powerful shot that flew past the Finnish goalkeeper, leaving him with no chance.

 

The Swiss sealed their victory in the 63rd minute when defender Nico Elvedi added a third Elvedi capitalized on a defensive error by Finland, calmly slotting the ball into the bottom corner to make it 3-0.Xherdan Shaqiri scored a penalty in the 70th minute to help Switzerland secure a 4-0 victory over Finland.

 

 

Finland, despite their efforts, were unable to find a way past Switzerland's defense. Teemu Pukki, their star forward, was kept quiet by the Swiss backline, limiting Finland's attacking threats.
