In a surprise move, former Chelsea star Eden Hazard has featured in a promotional video and photo shoot for the club's new home kit for the 2024-25 season. The 33-year-old Belgian midfielder, who currently plays for Real Madrid, returned to Chelsea's Cobham training base to model the new jersey.

In the video released by Chelsea News, Hazard is seen meeting with current players before heading to the changing room to don the new kit. The Blues also shared a picture of Hazard wearing the new jersey on Thursday, sparking excitement among fans.

The new kit, which was unveiled a few days ago, features a unique design with a wavy pattern and a combination of blue, white, and orange colors. Current Chelsea players Cole Palmer and Sam Kerr have also modeled the new jersey as part of the promotional campaign.

Hazard's involvement in the promotion of Chelsea's new kit has raised eyebrows, given his departure from the club in 2019. However, his enduring popularity among Chelsea fans has made him a natural choice to showcase the new design.
