Scientists develop a free online test to estimate biological age, revealing cellular health and risk of chronic diseases, providing personalized recommendations for healthy living and longevity, with the goal of making longevity accessible to all.

A revolutionary online calculator has been developed to estimate your biological age, giving you an insight into your cellular health. The AI-powered tool, created by longevity experts in New York City, uses 24 questions to determine how old your body really is.

Unlike chronological age, biological age measures the wear and tear on your cells, which can affect your risk of chronic diseases like cancer, heart disease, and diabetes. The test is free, non-invasive, and based on data from 47,000 Americans and Europeans.

Users answer questions about their lifestyle, ethnicity, and health, and receive their biological age via email. The test also provides recommendations for improving your age, such as reducing coffee consumption or setting a consistent bedtime.

The tool's developers, NOVOS, aim to make biological age estimation accessible to all. Founder Chris Mirabile said, "We want to give people free tools to live healthier for longer. Everyone deserves to know their biological age and how lifestyle changes can slow it."

The test is based on a biological clock developed by University of Washington experts Dr. Su-In Lee and Dr. Matt Kaeberlein. It has already helped individuals like 64-year-old Amy Hardison, who discovered her biological age and made lifestyle changes to slow her aging process.

Try the test yourself and discover your biological age. Will you be surprised by the results?
