Suga, a member of the K-pop boy band BTS, has apologized for driving an electric scooter while intoxicated in Seoul. The 31-year-old rapper was fined and had his license revoked after being caught by a police officer while parking his scooter outside his home.

In a social media post, Suga expressed his regret and took full responsibility for his actions, stating that he had "violated the road traffic act" and acknowledging that he had forgotten that driving an electric scooter under the influence is illegal.

According to reports, Suga's blood alcohol level was 0.08% at the time of the incident. He assured fans that no one was harmed and no property was damaged, but apologized for his "carelessness and wrongful behavior."

BTS's record label, Bighit, also issued an apology for the incident, stating that they would take greater care to prevent such incidents in the future. Suga is currently serving as a social service agent during his military service, and is expected to face disciplinary actions from his workplace for causing a social disturbance.
